Watch: Did guard beat special needs student?

A 17-year-old Oakland High School student with cerebral palsy says he was struck by a school security guard so hard that he was thrown out of his wheelchair and hit the floor head first, leaving a scar on his chin, according to CNN affiliate KTVU.In the video, which was released by the Oakland Unified School District, a staff security guard appears to push the special needs student down the hallway, then hit him multiple times and knock him out of his wheelchair.
