Students Welcome Obama’s Free College Plan


President Barack Obama recently announced a plan to make two years of community college free for all eligible Americans, calling education and technical training essential pathways to the U.S. middle class. He’s expected to highlight the initiative during his State of the Union address on Tuesday. VOA White House correspondent Aru Pande visited a community college near Washington for reaction to the plan.
